The initial 3 week Induction Training covers all aspects of running the business including the Technicals, Business Sense, Administration & Marketing. The program has been refined over 15 years to focus on the specific goals which need to be achieved in the initial training session and then provide a framework to continue to develop your skills in the field.
In a Virgin Territory startup, further time is scheduled after the initial 3 weeks to spend some time in the field with an existing Touch Up Guy as well as providing a full week back in your territory to commence marketing and the establishment of the customer base.
In the purchase of an Existing Franchise, there will be a minimum of 3 weeks after the initial training session (6 weeks total) to further develop your skill base but more importantly develop the relationships with the existing customer base.
From the Training & Research Centre, 7 day a week telephone support is available (yes, even at nights and the weekend). An advanced intranet system is also in place to aid in the efficient distribution of information. The research and development of new products and services is a never ending process for which the results offer the ability for franchisee's profitability to be maintained in changing times. |
