Summary of the Franchise Induction Process
There are many factors which need to align prior to being acceptable as a Touch Up Guy franchisee. In summary the following is an outline of the induction process: - Once you contact us we will provide you with some initial information on the Virgin (Greenfield) Territories or Existing Franchises for sale. This initial package will include a brief application form.
- Upon the return of the application form, we have a phone conference with you to discuss a large number of points about the franchise as well as discuss your previous experience, current financial situation, goals for the business, etc. Basically to assess if this franchise is the business for you.
- From here, we would invite you to contact as many Touch Up Guys as you desire and ask them whatever questions you choose. We would also arrange for you to spend some time observing a franchise operation at work. You can never get the true experience of a business from the brochure.
- Based on your continued interest, you would then receive the suite of Franchise documents for which you would need to seek legal and accounting advice.
- With all the ticks in the boxes, we would invite you to attend a formal interview at our Training & Research Centre in Queensland to meet our support team, tour the Training facility and discuss in more detail every query you have.
- Once collectively agreed that you wish to become a Touch Up Guy franchisee we would select one of the 8 training sessions we operate per year and start the process of welcoming you into the business.
The entire process can usually be achieved in 3 months from first contact to commencing the induction Training however many current Touch Up Guys put plans in place over a few years to exit what they were doing in order to join the franchise. |
